This area is great for parties of 100 or fewer guests! It is located at the East end of our fishing grounds and provides a stunning view of the fish farm.

This area comes equipped with standard 6′ picnic tables with the benches attached. There are 12 total picnic tables. Each picnic table generally sits up to 8 ppl or 96 total people at one time.
Additional picnic tables or tables with individual chairs are available for rent.

Yes, there is one location you can plug into power. It is located in the gristmill near the south entrance to the area. It can handle up to 15 amps of power.

We have the 12 picnic tables setup in the area with bark in 4 rows of 3 tables. Along with 2 8′ serving tables. We also provide 1-55 gal. drum garbage can with additional liners.
If you would like to move the tables in another fashion, you are more than welcome to rearrange them during your stay. We do ask they be returned to the original position before the end of your stay at our venue.

We do not allow bounce houses to be setup on the lawn. This is because as the heat of the day rests on these entertainment items, it burns the lawn. There is space on the bark for different entertainment items, if your third party provider is okay with that, then you are more than welcome to bring them in. Often these items require more power than 15 amps and a generator must be rented to power these items.

Yes, there are restrooms open to all guests on our grounds. They are located to the west of our main building where we provide the fishing equipment.
