| Rainbow Trout Eggs: Available September – March. We have selectively bred our own strain since 1924, and in the early 1990’s, we began a program to develop the fastest
growing strain possible. We took our best fish and crossed them with two different strains of Kamloop Rainbow trout, and have come up with a strain that is genetically diverse and grows at a remarkable rate.
This strain is available September – December. Our January - March eggs do not have as much Kamloop genetics in them, but are equal with most strains on the market. |

| Brook Trout Eggs: Available November – December. Our original strain came from two different sources in the New York area back in the 1980’s. We have selectively bred the fastest growing fish each year. These fish average about 10 inches in their first year, and by the third year, they average about 18 inches and 3+ lbs. |

| Tiger Trout Eggs: Available November – December. These fish are a triploid hybrid between a brook trout and a brown trout. Recent research has shown that triploid tiger trout out perform tiger trout produced by traditional methods. Our latest data has shown that we are getting 95% survival (post hatch) with this new method. |
